“Conditions of Sale”

  •  Once paid for, the order as specified on the invoice cannot be amended or cancelled.

  • The order as specified on the invoice shall not be fulfilled or delivered on the delivery date indicated until payment has been received in full.

  • Once generated, invoices remain valid for 3 working days only.   Should payment not be made in full within such time, the invoice will be deemed void, any order cancelled and you will need to place your order again.

  • Delivery dates may be subject to change although every effort shall be made to adhere to this date.   In the event that the delivery date is changed, you shall be notified at least 12 hours in advance.

  • All orders are subject to availability.   Although every effort will be made to avoid this, in the event that your order cannot be fulfilled due to unavailability of any item(s), you will be contacted regarding a suitable replacement or otherwise amendment to your order.

  • The photographs on our website are of actual specimens from our nursery and, as such, are accurate indications of what you are buying.   Nevertheless, we cannot be held liable for any differences in quality, size or approximate height that you may experience.
